Workingclosely with colleagues within the Dance / PE Departments and across the widerschool, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspirelearners of all abilities. You will create a classroom environment wherestudents feel safe, supported and motivated to succeed, while maintaining highexpectations for achievement, behaviour and participation.
Youwill be committed to developing students\' Dance / PE knowledge, criticalthinking and analytical skills, enabling them to make strong progress andachieve positive outcomes. Through effective assessment and feedback, you will monitorprogress and adapt your teaching to meet the needs of individual learners.
