Overview

Teacher of Biology. We are looking for a dedicated Teacher of Biology to join our Science Department. This permanent, full-time position is ideal for someone ready to inspire and engage students in the study of biology, fostering a love for science and academic excellence.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality biology lessons to secondary level students in accordance with the curriculum. Create an engaging classroom environment, monitor student progress, and implement effective teaching strategies to support achievement. Collaborate with the Science Department to develop and review schemes of work, resources, and assessment opportunities. Maintain professional standards and safeguarding practices in line with school policies.

This advert is for a temporary position, with the possibility that the role may become permanent at a later date in some cases. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
