Suitable for: Early Career Teachers
Working Pattern: Full time (32.5 hours per week)
Contract Type: Fixed Term – until 31st August 2026
Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 (M1 – UPR3)

Job Summary:

Teaching Personnel is working with one of our valued partner schools to appoint a Teacher of Art and/or Design on a full-time fixed-term basis, with the contract running until August 2026. This role is suitable for Early Career Teachers or experienced practitioners who are passionate about delivering a creative, engaging, and inclusive Art curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4.

We are seeking a reflective and dynamic teacher who can:

• Foster a love of learning and creativity through innovative teaching approaches.

• Be an inspiring classroom practitioner, with high expectations for all learners.

• Demonstrate a commitment to student success and wellbeing by being a consistent and positive role model.
