The successful EYFS candidate will be:
A nurturing, relational practitioner who builds strong, respectful relationships with young children, their families, and colleagues
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
Knowledgeable and reflective about early childhood development and how young children learn through play, exploration, and purposeful interaction
Positive, active, and creative in their teaching approach, with the energy and drive to deliver our bespoke EYFS curriculum and support pupils academically, socially, emotionally, and physically
Passionate about providing an enabling, engaging environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and a love of learning from the very start
Willing to contribute fully to our enthusiastic, talented team and collaborate effectively with our excellent EYFS staff
Aligned with our school’s vision of ‘an exceptional school for everyone’, and committed to upholding our five core values and beliefs
Fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children in line with our robust procedures
The successful KS1/KS2 candidate will be:
A relational practitioner who builds strong, respectful and nurturing relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment
Knowledgeable and reflective about how children learn, with a commitment to high standards and pupil progress
Positive, active and creative in their teaching, with the drive to deliver our bespoke curriculum and support pupils academically, emotionally, physically and socially
Willing to contribute fully to our enthusiastic, talented team and work effectively with our excellent support staff
