Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. on behalf of a well-established secondary school in Stafford (ST17) is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Teacher Leader of Mathematics to drive GCSE outcomes and student progress.

The successful candidate will lead KS4 Maths improvement, analyse data to coordinate targeted interventions, and collaborate with students, parents and staff to raise achievement. This is a full-time, on-site role with a January 2027 start date.
