Areté Learning Trust is seeking two enthusiastic teachers for maternity cover in Humanities. Successful candidates will deliver History and/or RE lessons to KS3 and KS4, engaging students with high-quality education. Hours of Work: 1.0FTE (0.8FTE will be considered)



Position Type: Maternity cover



Line Manager: Head of Humanities



Travel Required: No



The salary is dependent on current qualifications and experience, please see the attached job description for more information.





We are seeking two enthusiastic and committed teachers to join our Humanities team on a maternity cover basis. We welcome applications from candidates able to teach History and/or Religious Education to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.



These roles are full-time, however 0.8FTE will be considered for the right candidate.



You will join a supportive and forward-thinking department, passionate about delivering high-quality lessons that inspire, challenge, and engage our students.



We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs.





Key Requirements:



Ability to teach History and/or RE to KS3 and KS4



Strong classroom practice and a commitment to student progress



Flexibility, professionalism, and a passion for Humanities subjects
