Job Title - Teacher; Salary - £30,000-£40,000; Location - High Wycombe; Contract Type - Permanent

Role Responsibilities
  • Engage and inspire learners, bringing creativity to the classroom and beyond.
  • Provide emotional support and make a positive impact on students' lives.
  • Deliver high-quality teaching across core subjects (English, Maths, and Science).
  • Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities effectively.
  • Support the reintegration of pupils into mainstream settings where appropriate.

  • Manage time effectively to balance planning, delivery, and assessment.
Essential Requirements
  • Teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or willingness to work towards one.
  • Degree in a relevant teaching subject (desirable) or SEN equivalent.
  • Experience working in a school environment (secondary preferred).
  • Minimum Grade 4/C in English, Maths, and Science.
  • Understanding of alternative provision and SEN needs.
  • Problem-solving skills and effective decision-making.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills.
