The role of the Communication and Interaction Additional Resource Provision teacher will involve working with their pupils to ensure provision meets their needs and that outcomes are achieved, and progress is made.
Candidates should be passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND and have recent and relevant experience within education linked to communication and interaction and a secure understanding of the communication and interaction agenda and needs within this area. It would be beneficial if the candidate had received Thrive/Trauma informed training.
You should be able to manage and prioritise their own workload, be solution focused and have a commitment to learning new skills.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the duties of a teacher in accordance with the Teachers Pay and Conditions Document and other relevant statutory provisions, and to carry out other such associated duties as are reasonably assigned by the Head teacher.
