Teacher Assistant

Location: Slough, Berkshire

Start: September 2025

Contract Type: Full-Time

Salary:£85-£110 per Day

Your Responsibilities:

• Assisting teachers in delivering interactive lessons and fostering a positive, welcoming classroom environment
• Supporting students one-on-one or in small groups to enhance their learning and build confidence
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour by promoting positive attitudes and respectful conduct
• Offering administrative support to ensure lessons run efficiently and effectively

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster positive connections with both pupils and colleagues
• Flexibility, patience, and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Experience working with children is advantageous but not required
