Oakfields Primary School in Horsham is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a friendly, community-focused team. The role is term-time, 30 hours per week (8:50am-3:20pm with a half-hour unpaid break). 1:1 support and classroom assistance are core duties, with intervention programmes delivered under the Inclusion Lead.

Responsabilités

• Support classroom learning and activities as directed by the teacher and Inclusion Lead.
• Provide 1:1 assistance to students as needed.
• Deliver intervention programmes under supervision and alongside colleagues.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and other staff to enhance each child's educational experience.
