About Us:

Aptus Therapy Services is a dedicated provider of outpatient therapy services, including ABA. We are committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to children and families in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Teacher Aide to support our ABA department. The Teacher Aide will work alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help implement behavior intervention plans and support children with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing behavior plans under supervision
  • Help maintain a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
  • Support clients during therapy sessions and transitions
  • Prepare materials and clean therapy rooms between sessions
  • Record observations and assist with data collection
  • Collaborate with therapists, families, and other team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all clinic policies
