Job Title: Teacher - A-level Business Studies

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £35,116 - £46,735 per annum - SF1

Job type: Permanent, Full time

The Role:

The University opened its new Sixth Form Centre in September 2024 to 280 fabulous year 12 students and we are looking for a knowledgeable and ambitious teacher to set up our Business Studies A-level, with the potential to set up A-level Economics for the right candidate.

Teaching within a university environment and our £5.5 million Sixth Form Centre facilities will provide you with a truly unique opportunity to rethink science education; to create a beautiful, knowledge-rich curriculum which transforms academic learning through exemplary pedagogy and research-informed practice.

We are unashamedly ambitious and strive for the best academic outcomes for our students, alongside explicitly teaching character education, empowering students to live purposeful, flourishing lives.
