Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher who is committed to providing the best possible education and life opportunities for all our students. Fitzwaryn is a friendly and successful school for 125 children and young people aged 3–19 years. Our pupils have a range of learning difficulties, including moderate and severe learning difficulties, PMLD and autism. The school is part of The Propeller Academy Trust and was judged Outstanding in all areas in May 2022.

Responsibilities
  • Teach and support pupils to achieve high standards of education and personal development within a forward-thinking, supportive team.
  • Lead and coach a small team of class staff and collaborate with the larger school team to respond effectively to challenging behaviour with sensitivity and resilience.
  • Contribute to a structured induction programme and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Engage with a forward-thinking multi-academy trust to progress development and career opportunities.
