Job description

This advert is for one full-time Teacher position at Robert Ogden School, South Yorkshire.

The salary for this role is M1 - M6 (Depending on experience) plus a £2,679 SEN Allowance.

Who we are looking for:

We seek a qualified Teacher with primary experience (KS1/2) to work in our school for autistic pupils. Experience of teaching autistic pupils is an advantage.

You must have the following:

  • Knowledge of the curriculum and its impact on autistic pupils.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate designated areas of the curriculum across the school.
  • Interest in curriculum innovations and teaching approaches related to neurodiversity.

You should be resilient, caring, and sensitive to the needs of autistic children. As a valued, creative team member, you will make a positive impact on a young person’s learning and development.

This is a full-time permanent position.
