Primary School Teacher Northampton

Salary: 160-200+ per day

Job Type: Full Time (5 days per week)

Monarch Education is representing a school that requires a Primary School Teacher to start ASAP. The current head of department is eager to find someone aspiring to take on more responsibility and support departmental leadership.

This primary school is located in NN1 Northampton. The school boasts excellent facilities, great transport links, and an on-site secure car park.

Qualifications/Experience
  • British-trained teachers and overseas-trained teachers eligible to work in the UK will be considered.
  • QTS and QTLS applicants only.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social development.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, catering to the needs and interests of each child.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to deliver high-quality instruction.
Requirements
  • A recognized teaching qualification and valid teaching certification.
  • Proven experience working with young children, preferably in a reception or early years setting.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
