A local educational institution in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking enthusiastic teachers for their nursery school. The successful candidates will inspire young children within a creative curriculum that emphasizes their development and independence. Applicants must have a strong background in Early Years education and demonstrate excellent communication and behaviour management skills. This role begins on 1st January 2026, with a closing date for applications on 10th October 2025.

We are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic, highly motivated and innovative teachers to work at Newcastle Nursery School’s Federation, starting on 1st January 2026.
The successful candidates will be based at our site in Monkchester Road Nursery School initially but will move between our settings as required.
Monkchester Road Nursery School is one of three maintained nursery schools that form the Newcastle Nursery Schools’ Federation. It is a friendly and welcoming nursery in the East of the city. Our other nursery schools are Ashfield Nursery School near the town centre and Newburn Manor Nursery School in the West of the city.
The closing date for applications is Friday 10th October 2025 noon
The selection process will be based upon an observation of teaching, how well the applicant meets the job description/personal specification, and a structured interview with governors during the week beginning 20/10/25.
