We are collaborating with an outstanding specialist SEN school in Milton Keynes that caters to students aged 11 to 16. The school is committed to making learning meaningful, engaging, and full of joy.

Your Role Will Include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs.
• Supporting pupils to make meaningful academic and personal progress.
• Providing regular assessment and feedback in line with school policies.
• Managing behaviour in a calm, consistent, and positive manner.
• Developing strong, supportive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Taking part in school activities and events as required.
• Working across different school sites or outreach settings — own vehicle required for transport of pupils when necessary.
