Salary: MPR + SEN Allowance

We are seeking a compassionate and committed SEND Teacher to join our team, working predominantly with Key Stage 2 students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) needs. In this role, you will create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes each child academic, emotional, and social development. Your teaching will help students build confidence, independence, and the skills they need to participate meaningfully in their communities.

You will play a key role in planning and delivering personalised lessons across the SEND curriculum, using trauma-informed approaches to support students in managing behaviour and reaching their full potential. Collaboration is central to this role, and you will work closely with parents, colleagues, and external professionals to ensure every student receives the support and guidance they need.
