Location: Streatham, SW16

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (38 hours per week)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Teacher to join a new school from Autumn 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious teacher who is passionate about inspiring young learners and committed to supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
  • Track, monitor, and assess pupil progress effectively.
  • Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to deliver holistic support.
  • Demonstrate professionalism by upholding Teachers' Standards and engaging in ongoing CPD.
Person Specification (Essential)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Successful teaching experience.
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and inclusive education.
Desirable
  • Experience with SEN pupils.
  • Understanding of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
  • ICT competence and familiarity with educational software.
