Primary Teacher (KS2)

Pay scale M1 - M6

We are excited to be working with a brand-new primary site in Horley, offering a nurturing and specialist learning environment for pupils aged 7-10. We are seeking two committed and passionate Primary Teachers to join our client at this pivotal stage and make a lasting difference in the lives of children with SEMH needs.

About the School
  • Small, developmentally grouped classes (3-4 pupils per class)
  • Each class is supported by an experienced Teaching Assistant
  • Pupils come from play-based or alternative settings and may:
  • Have social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Be developmentally/socially behind peers
  • Have communication difficulties (e.g., non-verbal or limited verbal)
The Curriculum

Broad curriculum including English, Maths, ICT, Science, PE, and PSHE

Taught in a traditional primary model with a class teacher and TA support

Strong emphasis on differentiation and personalised learning
