Job summary

The Strid Tea Rooms is seeking a friendly Supervisor to join its growing team at the Bolton Abbey Estate. You will lead a small on-site team, help prepare and serve food and drinks, and manage stock while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

You will work closely with the Resident Managers of the Cavendish Pavilion and enjoy excellent staff benefits, flexible working options, and opportunities for career development within The Devonshire Group.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality supervisory experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.
• Flexible approach to working hours in a seasonal, busy venue.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and drinks to customers.
• Order and manage stock; keep the café area tidy.
• Clear tables and ensure cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Lead a small team and work closely with the Resident Managers.
