A local educational authority is seeking a Tea Club Supervisor to manage after-school tea club sessions. The role involves ensuring the safety and welfare of pupils, promoting positive behaviours, and requires strong communication skills. Ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about child welfare. The position is temporary, term-time only, with specific working hours, and a commitment to safeguarding is essential.
Grade 1 £24,796 pro rata
9 hours per week, term time only
Temporary – required from November 2025 until 17th July 2026
Working hours are 3.30pm to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 3.30pm to 4.30pm Fridays.
We are looking for a highly motivated, caring and enthusiastic individual to join our Bearpark team in maintaining the highest levels of behaviour and safety across our tea club.
This position is paid whole time with retainer adjustments applied to periods of school closure. You will not be required to work during the school closure periods; however your salary during these periods will be adjusted accordingly in line with the retainer regulations as specified in the National Joint Council (NJC) Green Book agreement.
