Tea Club Supervisor

Grade 1 £24,796 pro rata

9 hours per week, term time only

Temporary – required from November 2025 until 17th July 2026

Working hours are 3.30pm to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 3.30pm to 4.30pm Fridays.

We are looking for a highly motivated, caring and enthusiastic individual to join our Bearpark team in maintaining the highest levels of behaviour and safety across our tea club.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the care and welfare of pupils within school.
  • Promote good behaviours through positive reinforcement of the school’s policy.
  • Ensure the safety and maintain high behaviour standards during tea club sessions.

This position is paid whole time with retainer adjustments applied to periods of school closure. You will not be required to work during the school closure periods; however your salary during these periods will be adjusted accordingly in line with the retainer regulations as specified in the National Joint Council (NJC) Green Book agreement.
