Tax & Trusts Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Kent, c£55,000+ (DOE)

Are you an experienced Tax & Trusts Solicitor looking to secure a new role with a progressive law firm? You will not want to miss out on this opportunity! JOB REF:9385.

Responsibilities

1. Manage a varied caseload including capital tax planning for high net worth individuals, Wills (complex and straightforward), estate administration, trust creation and administration, Court of Protection work, and powers of attorney.
2. Hold a full caseload and contribute to building the firm's reputation in Kent and expanding its client base.
3. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 Years PQE in Tax and Trust Administration.
