Qualifications

• Experience in tax transformation programmes within financial services.
• Ability to translate tax requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of data, processes and operating models in tax transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of tax transformation programmes across people, process, data, technology and operating model change.
• Work directly with Financial Services clients to understand existing tax and finance processes and identify improvements.
• Help define future-state processes and operating models and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Support implementation and optimisation of tax reporting, provision and compliance technology alongside ERP/EPM platforms.
• Analyse tax and financial data requirements and support data mapping, quality and governance.
