Job summary

Ryan in London is seeking an Associate Consultant to support tax automation and transformation services for corporate clients. The role includes assisting more senior team members with requirements analysis, design, and deployment of automated systems across tax processes.

You will work with ERP and tax engines, RPA, data analytics, and testing of solutions, while developing client deliverables and gaining exposure to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and client focus.
• Experience in designing and delivering tech-enabled tax solutions.
• Ability to work with ERP or tax engines and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members to analyse tax processes and propose automation options.
• Develop designs across tax processes and controls for clients.
• Document business processes and support client reviews and signoffs.
• Install, configure and test automation software for tax transformations.
• Contribute to project management duties and client communications.
• Create client deliverables and perform data gathering and analysis.
