About the Team: The Global Tax department is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager based in the London office who will become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will assist with transfer pricing and tax matters in Europe, including operational transfer pricing, compliance, business support, tax control, optimization, and audit assistance. This role offers dynamic challenges and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Build business partnerships by liaising with finance teams to provide advice and solutions.
• Assist in internal transfer pricing risk assessments.
• Prepare functional and financial analyses to support transfer pricing policies.
• Support implementation and monitoring of transfer pricing processes and controls.
• Manage transfer pricing price setting, review, and monitoring processes.
• Conduct periodic transfer pricing calculations.
• Collaborate with external consultants on documentation and local files.
• Respond to transfer pricing inquiries and assist business partners.
• Monitor and analyze relevant legislation and judicial decisions affecting transfer pricing.
