Job summary

PKF Francis Clark in Exeter invites graduates to join a full‑time, permanent trainee programme to become a Chartered Tax Advisor. The role starts with three years of structured training and ATT/CTA support, with a competitive salary and a clear route to progression.

You’ll work in specialist tax teams, study ATT/CTA while gaining hands‑on client experience, prepare tax returns and calculations, and develop technical and communication skills in a collaborative, supportive culture.

Qualifications

• On track for, or have achieved, a 2.2 degree or above
• Minimum of 112 UCAS points (three A Levels or equivalent)
• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required

Responsibilities

• Study towards ATT/CTA while gaining hands-on client experience
• Prepare tax returns, computations and supporting documents
• Analyse financial information and provide client advice
• Work in specialist tax teams (corporate, private client, VAT)
