Job summary

Menzies LLP is recruiting for an ATT-CTA Graduate Apprenticeship trainee in Staines Upon Thames. You will join a supportive, inclusive team and begin building knowledge in Business Tax and Private Client tax. The programme includes mentorship, training management, and a fast-track development plan.

As an apprentice you’ll work across client engagements, gain practical experience, and progress toward ATT-CTA qualification with a structured career path and employer-backed development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 x A levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent.
• 5 GCSEs grades A*-C or 9-4 (including Maths and English Language or equivalent).
• Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Work across Business Tax and Private Client tax teams.
• Assist with client work under supervision within the ATT-CTA programme.
• Develop knowledge and progress toward ATT-CTA qualification.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality tax services for clients.
