Cooper Parry is looking for a Tax Trainee to start in January 2027. You will work in small teams to understand client goals and advise on how to achieve them, while studying for ACA/CTA/ATT/CTA qualifications.

The role offers a pathway into being a qualified accountant with support from colleagues and a Student Support Manager. We value curiosity, client focus and teamwork, with a flexible approach to work and opportunities to balance studies and work commitments.

Qualifications

• Degree completed with three A Levels (BBC), including numerical/business subjects.
• Commitment to ACA/CTA/ATT studying and balancing study with work.

Responsabilités

• Turn complex tax jargon into clear terms for clients.
• Prepare and submit clients' tax returns.
• Liaise with HMRC to obtain tax reliefs.
• Generate ideas to enhance our client offering.
• Keep up to date with changes to legislation and their impact.
