Job summary

Fitch Ratings, Inc. is seeking a Tax Technology & Reporting Manager – Associate Director to lead the evolution of tax reporting processes from our London office.

You will partner with the CFO Group to implement automated, scalable solutions across direct tax, indirect tax and transfer pricing, enhancing governance and data integrity. The role demands strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with AI tools and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Analytical and logical approach to problem solving.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Power BI and VBA/macros.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity; COPILOT desirable.
• Experience with automation technologies (RPA, workflow tools, API integrations).
• Strong understanding of tax reporting processes across direct tax, indirect tax and transfer pricing.
• Experience with ERP and finance systems, particularly SAP and Oracle.
• Professional accounting or tax qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess tax reporting process automation opportunities.
• Seek high-value AI use cases across end-to-end tax/transfer pricing processes with business cases and ROI.
• Implement robust solutions aligned to data requirements and architecture.
• Ensure solutions meet internal controls (SOX, IFRS/GAAP).
• Develop accompanying training materials.
• Act as liaison between tax and wider finance teams and technical groups.
