Fitch Group in London (Canary Wharf) is seeking a Tax Technology & Reporting Manager – Senior Associate Director to strengthen tax reporting processes across direct, indirect and transfer pricing. You will lead automation and AI-enabled initiatives, partnering with global finance teams and IT to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

The role focuses on governance, data quality, and training materials, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities to influence tax reporting across multiple

Qualifications

• A highly analytical and logical approach to problem solving.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Power BI and VBA/macros.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Experience with automation technologies, including RPA, workflow tools and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of tax reporting processes across direct tax, indirect tax and transfer pricing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess tax reporting process automation opportunities.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions with ROI and risk/controls considerations.
• Implement robust solutions aligned to data requirements and architecture.
• Ensure solutions meet internal control requirements (SOX, IFRS/GAAP).
• Develop training materials and act as liaison between tax and finance teams.
