Job summary

eTeam is looking for a professional to support their Tax team by configuring tax reports and assisting users with Vertex systems. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in tax systems and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Vertex applications and have experience with client ERP tax systems, as well as a bonus for familiarity with E-Invoicing and Tax Reporting Cloud Service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in tax systems.
• Knowledge and experience with Vertex applications are a must-have.
• Experience with billing systems and tax applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support users from the Tax team with upcoming initiatives.
• Configure tax reports and rules within Vertex systems.
• Troubleshoot tax-related questions from users.

Job description

Your Primary Responsibilities

• As part of the IT team, you will work with your users from the Tax team to support all upcoming initiatives.
• Configure tax reports, tax assist rules, tax drivers and categories within Vertex systems.
• Configure tax payers and legal entities within Vertex systems and Client ERP.
• Troubleshoot AR, AP, and Procurement tax related questions from users.
• Collaborate and communicate clearly to both Finance, Tax and IT members.
