An esteemed investment firm in London seeks an experienced counsel of tax structuring to join their team. This role involves overseeing tax matters for EMEA funds, collaborating with internal teams on strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The Tax Department reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is in charge of all tax related matters including tax structuring, tax compliance, tax planning and tax accounting. We are looking for an experienced counsel, or SVP, of tax structuring to join our London office and oversee a variety of tax matters for our EMEA funds and investors. This role will sit within the wider Finance team and report to the Head of Tax in NYC.
