About the Employment Tax team

The team advises clients on issues like benefits and expenses, off-payroll engagement, employee reward strategies, NMW compliance, remote working tax issues, and error disclosures. Supporting organizations to mitigate risks and enhance reward strategies is key.

About the role

You will be part of a growing, successful team delivering high-quality services to clients across sectors, helping organizations grow and manage risks effectively. We operate a hybrid working model, combining remote work, office visits, client site visits, and study time.

During your first three years:

  • Attend client meetings and assist with complex compliance and reward matters.
  • Research legislation and case law, and develop innovative support methods.
  • Draft articles for our website and third-party sites.
  • Collaborate across services, offices, and countries.
  • Learn to use tax software and systems.

By the end of your fourth year:

  • Engage in advisory projects across UK tax areas.
  • Develop strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation.
  • Coach and lead junior team members.
  • Build relationships with clients and manage engagements.
  • Understand risk management procedures.
