Tax Senior Manager - Wealth & Asset Management – Big 4 – London

Are you a Tax Senior Manager with experience in tax advisory for Asset Management and international fund structuring?

Tax Senior Manager responsibilities include:

• Managing delivery of complex tax advisory projects, including fund tax, international tax, UK corporation tax, UK income tax, and capital gains tax
• Serving as a primary client contact
• Driving growth in the asset management and private capital markets
• Managing team strategy and operations, staff development, and assignments

As a Tax Senior Manager, you will be/have:

• CTA qualified
• Over 7 years of tax experience, with proven asset management client experience
• Experience in business development, with a record of winning new business or growing existing portfolios
• Knowledge of fund formation, acquisitions, and disposals
• Experience managing and supporting teams
