We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) team in London. GMS is a key part of the People Services group and is experiencing rapid growth and exciting opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day global coordination and/or UK service delivery of client engagements, supported by a junior team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for allocated clients.
  • Manage compliance processes for international assignees.
  • Provide clients with updates on relevant tax developments.
  • Advise on risk issues and help mitigate them.
  • Prepare client advice for review by managers or partners.
  • Lead project management efforts.
  • Delegate work, and train and coach junior staff.
  • Engage with KPMG's global People Services network.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the GMS team and participate in managerial meetings.
  • Monitor and manage financial results for profitability.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to grow the GMS team.
  • Lead business development and proposal efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • ACA, ATT, CTA qualification or equivalent.
