We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) team in London. GMS is a key part of the People Services group and is experiencing rapid growth and numerous opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Manage the daily global coordination and/or UK service delivery of client engagements, supported by a junior team.
  2. Build, maintain, and lead strong relationships with clients.
  3. Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
  4. Manage compliance processes for international assignees.
  5. Provide clients with updates on relevant tax developments.
  6. Advise on risk issues and help mitigate them.
  7. Prepare client advice for review by managers or partners.
  8. Oversee project management tasks.
  9. Delegate work, and train and coach junior staff.
  10. Collaborate with KPMG's global People Services network.
  11. Assist in the daily operations of the GMS team and participate in managerial meetings.
  12. Monitor and manage financial results for profitability.
  13. Identify and develop opportunities to grow the GMS team.
  14. Lead business development and proposal efforts.

Qualifications and Skills
