Senior Manager - Data and Automation

We seek talented Senior Managers, preferably based in London (flexibility considered), with experience in:

• Tax compliance, automation, and reporting, especially around indirect taxes in EMEA
• End-to-end finance processes and their integration with tax
• Tax technology implementation and requirements gathering
• Tax transformation, governance, and process improvement
• Project and client management

Additional desirable skills include:

• Data management, SQL, and data analysis
• Designing cloud-based tax applications
• Liaison between technology and tax teams

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage tax transformation and technology projects
• Design and deploy automation solutions for tax
• Assist clients in designing systems for multiple countries
• Collaborate across teams and develop service offerings
• Maintain strong client relationships and oversee project delivery
• Mentor team members and follow best practices

Knowledge and Experience:

Proactive, resilient, and experienced in leading teams and managing client relationships. Qualifications may include ATT, CTA, ACA, or equivalent, with additional skills in process design, risk management, and automation. Strong communication skills and awareness of tax and accounting processes are essential.
