Description

I'm working with a highly regarded name in the industry who are looking to add a Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager to their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong tax advisory background, ideally with strong compliance and reporting experience as well.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Taking ownership of UK tax advisory, reporting, and compliance matters.
2. Supporting both the business and the wider tax team.
3. Acting as the UK tax advisory lead on key group projects (covering areas such as treasury tax, financing, and corporate restructurings).
4. Managing and enhancing the UK cash tax forecasting process and developing robust deferred tax models.
5. Dealing with HMRC enquiries.
6. Preparing UK group CIR and Group relief documentation.

Qualifications: Tax, accounting, or legal qualification.
