MCS Group is working with a well established accountancy practice in South Belfast to recruit a Tax Senior. The role offers progression opportunities and exposure to a diverse client base within a supportive tax team.

You will manage corporate and personal tax compliance, liaise with HMRC, and contribute to planning projects while mentoring juniors. A competitive salary and benefits package are on offer.

Qualifications

• Qualified or studying toward CTA/ACA/ACCA/ATT with strong tax background.
• Experience in UK personal and corporate tax compliance and advisory.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file corporate and personal tax returns with accuracy.
• Handle HMRC enquiries and stay updated on tax rule changes.
• Build client relationships and provide clear tax advice and planning.
• Contribute to tax planning projects with research and technical input.
• Mentor junior team members to ensure quality service.
