Next Move Recruitment Ltd is working with an established accountancy practice in Towcester to appoint an experienced Tax Senior.

This full‑time hybrid role offers £50,000–£60,000 plus pension and benefits. You will handle corporate tax compliance and advisory work, manage client portfolios, mentor juniors, and help grow the practice.

ATT qualification and 2–3 years’ corporate tax experience required; strong communication and deadline management essential.

An established and progressive accountancy practice is looking to appoint an experienced Tax Senior to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ATT qualified tax professional with 2–3 years’ corporate tax experience who is looking for a role offering a strong balance of compliance and advisory work, alongside genuine client responsibility and career progression.

The Role

• Preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns
• Managing tax compliance deadlines and submissions
• Providing practical corporate tax advice and planning
• Supporting clients with a range of tax planning matters
• Taking ownership of a portfolio of clients
• Reviewing the work of junior team members
• Providing guidance and mentoring to more junior staff
• Building strong, long-term client relationships

About You

• ATT qualified
• 2–3 years’ corporate tax experience
• Previous experience within an accountancy practice preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax compliance and advisory
• Experience reviewing work and supporting junior team members
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Proactive, commercially aware and client-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
