My client is a very successful and highly regarded accountancy practice offering a variety of service lines. Joining their team in Plymouth, your responsibilities in this role will be predominantly focused on compliance and review work across personal tax, corporate tax, and payroll services.

Your duties will include:

1. Chasing outstanding tax return information
2. Completing tax returns
3. Reviewing tax returns
4. Suggesting tax planning ideas when reviewing returns
5. Reporting as necessary for the time of year and following up with managers and directors where appropriate
6. Assisting with P11D preparation and completion
7. Offering help, support, and training to tax assistants and other support staff as needed
8. Assisting with Probate tax administration
9. Handling CGT 60-day reporting

This role would be an ideal fit for a qualified ATT, though consideration will also be given to active ATT students and highly experienced non-qualified candidates. An extensive background within a mixed tax practice is essential, along with a strong technical tax background.
