Working as part of our Tax & Trust Accounting team as a Tax Senior, you'll take responsibility for the preparation of the WBD Partners' self-assessment tax returns.
This role falls under our hybrid working policy. Most full-time employees typically spend around 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home - however we operate a flexible approach in practice.
We're very open to hearing from candidates looking for part-time working hours and are open to discussions around what that looks like for you.

The role
You'll be responsible for preparing the WBD Partners' self-assessment tax returns and arranging payments of tax liabilities, working with external and internal contacts on the delivery of that work, under the supervision of managers. You will ensure compliance with all relevant tax law and provide ad hoc advice on personal tax-related queries throughout the year.
You'll also help supervise and develop our two Tax Apprentices.

What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum:
Experience of trusts and Inheritance Tax, and CCH tax software, is desirable but not essential
