Job summary

RSM invites school/college leaver applicants to join Team Tax in the UK as a straight-talking, collaborative tax apprenticeship. You’ll gain technical tax knowledge, work with clients and colleagues on compliance and advisory work, and learn to simplify complex rules into practical guidance.

Starting 14 September 2027, you’ll receive structured training, paid study leave, and mentoring within a globally connected team. A clear path to ATT/ACA/CTA awaits.

Our specialist areas include VAT/indirect tax, employer solutions, private client services, corporate tax, innovation reliefs, transfer pricing, capital allowances and tax investigations, so there's plenty of room to find where you fit.

The Role

Whatever your specialism, you’ll be:

• Working directly with clients and colleagues on both compliance and advisory.

• Using digital tools to work smarter and add more value for our clients.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for people who are curious, motivated and ready to get involved. You don’t need to have studied tax before, we’ll give you the training, support and experience to build your career.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification), 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
• The permanent right to live and work in the UK.
• A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
• RSM doesn’t accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

Your start date will be 14 September 2027. Start dates are mandatory – the training you receive from day one is designed to give you the best possible start to your career with us.
