Job summary

RSM in Guildford is offering a straight‑talking, collaborative tax school/college leaver apprenticeship. You’ll learn quickly, work directly with clients on compliance and advisory, and build expertise across UK and international tax with a globally connected team.

You’ll complete structured training toward ATT, then ACA/CTA, with paid study leave and internal development programs, starting 14 September 2027.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification).
• 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
• Permanent right to live and work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
• RSM does not accept General Studies, AS levels or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).

What we're looking for

We’re looking for people who are curious, motivated and ready to get involved. You don’t need to have studied tax before, we’ll give you the training, support and experience to build your career.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification), 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).

Your start date will be 14 September 2027. Start dates are mandatory – the training you receive from day one is designed to give you the best possible start to your career with us.
