Opportunity for a UK qualified lawyer to train in, or further develop an existing specialism in share schemes, employee incentives and tax and trusts reorganisations, working alongside a leading tax lawyer. This well-established, award winning, innovative firm is in growth mode and has a leadership led brief to build on this successful area of work.
Our client is seeking to recruit a solicitor with experience, or a strong interest, in any of the following:
The role may suit a solicitor, paralegal, legal executive or accountant who is keen to qualify as a solicitor, with some experience in the above areas, or a Corporate lawyer seeking to develop a specialism in Tax. You will work closely with an impressive varied client list undertaking intellectually stimulating technical work within a collaborative, supportive team, gaining hands-on training and experience with a leading tax lawyer.
