Qualifications

• CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant tax advisory experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Commercial awareness with a track record in business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an established tax team with direction and mentoring.
• Deliver high-quality tax advisory services to a varied client portfolio.
• Provide commercially focused tax advice to business owners and senior management.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted tax adviser.
• Identify opportunities for new business and regional growth.
• Shape and implement the future strategy of the tax department.
• Collaborate with other service lines to provide joined-up advice.
• Oversee complex assignments ensuring technical quality and client service.
• Support progression of senior tax professionals within the team.
• Represent the firm in the local business community and strengthen market presence.
