Jellycat is seeking a Tax Manager to lead UK direct tax advisory and oversee compliance across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Group Finance, FP&A, IT, Legal and Commercial to embed best tax practices into day-to-day operations and support global tax projects.

In this role you will develop a clear governance framework, manage compliance timetables, and coordinate with external advisers to ensure timely, accurate tax reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' UK tax experience with knowledge of UK tax laws and European rules.
• CTA and ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Experience in professional services or legal firm environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, IT, Legal and Commercial to embed tax best practices.
• Support international tax matters, including PE risk management and CbCR.
• Develop UK direct tax governance framework and compliance processes.
• Oversee UK tax compliance timetables and coordination with external advisers.
• Review tax calculations and disclosures prepared internally or by advisers.
• Identify opportunities to standardise processes and embed robust controls.
