Job summary

PRO TAX seeks a M&A Tax Manager for London with hybrid working arrangements. The role focuses on leading M&A tax projects, delivering technical work, and managing client relationships within the Corporate Tax space.

CTA or ACA qualified (or equivalent) candidates with experience at Assistant Manager or Manager level in Transactional Taxes are invited to apply. The firm emphasizes development through collaboration with the Corporate Finance team and international network.

Qualifications

• If you are CTA or ACA qualified (or equivalent) and have strong experience operating at Assistant Manager or Manager level in Transactional Taxes either in a specialist capacity or as a Corporate Tax professional.
