The role:

Are you a tax expert with a passion for navigating complex international financial landscapes? We’re looking for a skilled Tax Manager to play a key role in supporting our UK holding and financing structure at our global headquarters in London. This is your opportunity to work with a large, multinational business, tackling inbound and outbound operations, cross-border transactions, and evolving global tax policies.

What you’ll be doing:

Shape tax strategies: Advise on tax-efficient structures and contribute to strategic business planning.

Lead tax reporting & compliance: Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax calculations and returns for a complex group of ~40 entities.

Navigate tax law changes: Monitor regulatory shifts and assess their impact on business operations.

Advise senior leadership: Communicate tax strategies effectively to key stakeholders.

Drive data accuracy: Deliver precise tax data and forecasts for the UK group tax profile.

Manage global tax matters: Oversee cross-border tax arrangements and quantify uncertain tax positions.

Strengthen key relationships: Maintain trusted partnerships with stakeholders, advisors, and HMRC, with a focus on OECD Pillar II compliance.

Who we’re looking for:

ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification with strong corporate tax and accounting knowledge.

Excellent understanding of financial transactions, including intercompany loans, swaps, options, and hedges.

Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commercial approach to resolving issues.

Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects while meeting stakeholders’ expectations.

Continuously maintains and develops technical knowledge, with an inquisitive nature and attention to detail.

Proficient in SAP and consolidation software for data extraction and reconciliation.

Experience with IFRS is highly desirable, along with a high level of drive, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
